ANA - ANU - MÓR MUMHAN - MUGAIN
ANAMAIN-BUADAN ANA - MEMORIA OF ANA
Daughter of Earnmas and Dealbhaoth,
Daughter of the Fire of the Peak,
Seventh daughter of a seventh daughter,
Sister of Gobhnaith, Latiaran and Inghean Bui,
Mother of the three gods of skill,
Mother of knowledge,
Grandmother of poetic gift,
Great Mother.
Abundant plenty,
Fair and generous,
Great land lasting one,
Bright blessed enduring one,
Nurse of warriors,
Lady of the people.
She who nourishes the Brianna well.
Giver of abundance,
Provisioner of fruitfullness,
Nursemaid of fortune,
Great cultivator,
Nurturer of oaks,
She who gives that which is given,
She who brings forth sweetness in winter.
She who sends the winds,
Bringer of fair weather,
She who leaps over ramparts,
She who dwells in the wilderness,
She who chooses frenzy at the start,
More worthy than a weight of silver,
Brooch of desire,
Fairer than noble women,
Sovereign Lady of Munster.
Red claw,
Guardian of the many coloured land,
She of the beneficent and furious countenance,
Blessing of kine,
Shielder of vengeance,
Protector of the Three Realms.
